Intro to Holistic Resilience for Burnout & Compassion Fatigue in Nursing
Welcome to "Introduction to Holistic Resilience," a nurturing and insightful course designed for nurses who are looking to rejuvenate their passion and strength for their invaluable nursing roles. Over the span of two weeks, you'll embark on an exploration of understanding burnout, recognizing compassion fatigue, and discovering holistic practices to bolster your resilience.
The course begins with on-line home study lessons which are is self-paced & crafted for flexibility. Each session includes simple activities, thoughtful scenarios & reflective exercises aimed at helping you reconnect with well-being.
We wrap up our journey with a special in-person workshop. This immersive experience will allow you to delve deeper into holistic techniques ensuring you gain practical tools and knowledge; share your journey with fellow nurses; and receive personalized guidance from facilitators.
Together, we'll cultivate a supportive environment where you can recharge, reflect, and leave feeling rejuvenated and empowered..
